Finishing Treatments
Our finishing treatments add the final touch to enhance each fabric. We offer solutions to improve softness, durability, luster, and other specific material properties. Each treatment is carefully executed to highlight the quality and unique characteristics of the fabric, for example:
Sandwash : treatment that makes the fabric soft with a lived-in look.
Cinzatura: a process performed with specialized machinery to give the fabric a glossy, polished appearance.
Calendering : a process carried out with specialized machinery that smooths and compresses the fabric, altering its hand and surface texture.
Decatizing : a process performed with specialized machinery to give the fabric a fuller hand and softer feel.
Antigoccia: a treatment that makes the fabric water-repellent.
Crinkle: a treatment applied to give the fabric a wrinkled, textured effect.
Energy (dry and wet) : a process using specialized machinery to give the fabric an aged hand, with or without the use of enzymes.
Free steaming: a process in which the fabric passes over a conveyor belt to relax the fibers and stabilize the material.
